There is something deeply satisfying about decorating fabric with your own hands. If you have been looking for embroidery classes in Subang Jaya, Two Moles teaches embroidery the gentle way — paired with real sewing skills, in a calm studio, in classes of no more than five. Whether you want to add a hand-stitched initial to a pouch or embroider a cute design onto a bag, this is a lovely place to start.
Learn embroidery and sewing together
At Two Moles, embroidery is taught hand in hand with the basics of sewing, so you finish with pieces you have both stitched and decorated yourself. You will learn:
- Essential hand stitches to prepare and work your fabric.
- Hand embroidery techniques to add patterns, initials and motifs.
- Basic machine sewing to turn your embroidered fabric into a finished item.
Along the way you might embroider a cute animal, a name initial, or a design of your own, then sew it into a drawstring pouch, a bag or a reversible bucket hat.
Two ways to start embroidery with us
We have two embroidery options, depending on how deep you want to go:
- Sewing & Embroidery — single item (RM395) — a two-session taster where you learn hand stitches, basic embroidery and machine sewing, and make one decorated drawstring pouch. Perfect for a first try.
- Sewing & Embroidery Package (RM795) — seven sessions and three to four projects, combining embroidery with sewing across pouches, bags and a reversible bucket hat.

Do I need experience or my own supplies?
No experience at all. Our embroidery classes are built for complete beginners, and you learn at your own pace. There are sewing machines at the studio for you to use, and for the single-item class your materials are sorted for you. For longer packages you bring a basic sewing kit or buy our Sewing Kit Set (RM165).

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between embroidery and sewing?
Sewing joins and constructs fabric (the seams that hold a bag or garment together); embroidery is decorative stitching on top of the fabric. Our classes teach both, so you can make and embellish your own pieces.
Do I need to know how to sew before learning embroidery?
Not at all — we start you from the very basics of both. You can begin embroidery as a complete beginner.
How much do embroidery classes cost?
From RM395 for the two-session single-item class, up to RM795 for the seven-session package. See the full price breakdown here.
Do you have embroidery classes near me?
